Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Typeform AI platform. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them.

1. The service

Typeform AI provides AI employees that automate sales prospecting, outreach and meeting booking. Features evolve over time; we may add, change or discontinue functionality.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials.
  • You must provide accurate billing and contact information.

3. Credits and billing

  • The service runs on a prepaid credit model. 1 credit = €0.10 (currency selectable at checkout).
  • Credits are consumed when AI employees perform actions (research, emails, follow-ups, meetings, analyses).
  • Credits do not expire while your account is active.
  • Promo codes apply only at the moment of checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable anti-spam, privacy and export-control laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL).

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service for you.

6. AI output

AI-generated drafts and research may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sending them to a third party.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users. You may close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific revenue, deliverability or meeting outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction still apply.
