- Only contact people with a legitimate business reason to hear from you.
- Honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests within 24 hours.
- Use authentic sender identity, working reply-to and physical address where required.
- Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and any other laws that apply to your audience.
3. Data and privacy
- Upload only data you have the right to use.
- Do not upload special-category personal data (health, biometric, etc.) without a lawful basis.
- Respect data subject requests from your recipients.
4. Platform integrity
- No reverse engineering, scraping our service, or bypassing rate limits.
- No reselling credits or sharing accounts across organizations.
- No automation that probes or attacks third-party systems.
5. AI use
- Review AI output before sending it to recipients.
- Do not use the AI to generate disinformation, defamation or content that infringes IP rights.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious abuse is reported to relevant authorities.
