1. 14-day satisfaction guarantee
New customers may request a full refund of their first credit purchase within 14 days of payment, provided no more than 20% of the purchased credits have been consumed.
2. Unused credits
Beyond the 14-day window, unused credits are non-refundable but never expire while your account is active.
3. Service unavailability
If a verified incident on our side prevents you from using the service for more than 24 hours, we will credit the equivalent value back to your account.
4. Duplicate or accidental payments
Duplicate charges or clearly accidental purchases are refunded in full upon request.
5. EU consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. By starting to use credits during this period you may waive this right for credits already consumed.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge — we resolve almost all issues within one business day.
7. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with your order ID. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
