1. Who we are
Typeform AI ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered sales automation platform that researches prospects, drafts personalized outreach, and helps book meetings on your behalf.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, work email, company name, password hash.
- Billing data: credit balance, purchase history, billing currency. Payment instrument details are handled by our payment processors.
- Customer content: ICP definitions, target lists, lead data and outreach copy you upload or that the AI generates for you.
- Connected integrations: tokens and metadata for services you choose to connect (e.g. Gmail, Calendar, CRM).
- Usage data: log files, IP address, device and browser info, feature usage and credit consumption.
3. How we use your data
- To provide, maintain and improve the service.
- To run the AI workflows you initiate (lead research, email drafting, follow-ups, meeting booking).
- To process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, product updates you opted in to).
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on contract performance for delivering the service, legitimate interests for product improvement and security, consent for optional marketing, and legal obligations for tax and accounting records.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Sub-processors that power infrastructure, AI inference and email delivery.
- Integrations you explicitly connect.
- Authorities when required by law.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed in the EU, the UK and the US. Where data leaves your region, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for legal and accounting purposes. Customer content is deleted within 30 days of account deletion unless retention is legally required.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
9. Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
